Indicative processing times are: (a) E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes following approval; (b) DuitNow / FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; (c) Direct bank transfers — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These times are estimates and may be extended during high-demand periods, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds, or to verified bank accounts in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable bonus terms.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jom333 are subject to specific wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, bonus expiry periods, and maximum cash-out limits. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, a standard wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount a Player must wager before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a x15 rollover on a RM100 bonus requires the Player to complete RM1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
While a bonus is active in a Player's Account, the maximum permissible bet per game round or betting selection is capped as specified in the promotion terms — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Placing bets that exceed this cap while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
jom333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting both sides of a market) to artificially meet wagering requirements, using prohibited payment methods or currencies, registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Decisions made by jom333 in relation to bonus abuse are final.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect display of odds, winnings, or game outcomes, jom333 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore the Player's Account to its pre-error balance. In such cases, jom333's determination of the correct outcome shall be final.

jom333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where jom333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
Upon closure or suspension of an Account: (a) the Player's access to the Platform shall be immediately revoked; (b) any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited; (c) genuine Account Balances (real money, net of any bonus entitlements subject to dispute) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned following investigation. jom333's determination of any amounts owed to a Player following Account closure is final, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting jom333 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jom333 is licensed to operate. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through jom333's internal dispute process.
